Day 01 - Arrival at Delhi

Arrival at Delhi and then transfer to Hotel. Rest of the day at leisure. Overnight stay in hotel.

Day 02 - Delhi to Leh

Arrival at Leh Airport. Leh is at an elevation of (3500 m) above the sea level. You will be received by our representative and transferred to The Grand Dragon Ladakh. Check in, welcome tea / coffee will be served. Complete rest to get acclimatize. After lunch drive to visit Leh Palace, Shanti Stupa and drop at Leh Market, nice walk while returning to Hotel. Overnight stay at Hotel.

Day 03 - Leh

After breakfast proceed for sightseeing of Sankar Gompa and the modern Shanti Stupa. Afternoon walk around the Leh Market. Overnight stay at hotel.

Day 04 - Leh

Drive along the Indus, visit Shey, Thiksey and Hemis Monastery. Overnight stay at Hotel.

Day 05 - Leh to Chilling

Drive from Leh to Chilling village where we meet our porters and drive further to the Alam Tilat by Jeep. Overnight at Camp in Tilat or Chilling.

Day 06 - Chilling to Zaribago

We begin our Chadar trek by walking on the frozen Zanskar river from Chilling to Zaribago. The trek is of about 5 hours. Overnight at Camp.

Day 07 - Zaribago to Deepyokma

Walk on the frozen Zanskar river for about 4 hours from Zaribago to Deepyokma. Overnight at Camp.

Day 08 - Deepyokma to Nyrakpulu

Walk for almost 4 to 5 hours from Deepyokma to reach Nyarakpulu below the Nyarak village. Over night at Camp.

Day 09 - Nyarakpulu to Lingshed

Leaving Nyarakpulu it's a one hour walk to the small village of Lingshed. Enjoy the comfort and cozy atmosphere of a private house with central heating.

Day 10 - Lingshed

Spend rest of the day in the warmth of a private home in Lingshed. Explore the nearby monasteries, meet the monks and and hospitable people of the village. Overnight stay at the private home.
